Support staff or therapists enter appointments. Clients and SPCs are picked directly from the county's Local HSRS database, if HSRS Interface is available, or keyed directly. The therapist, CPT code, charge amount, date, time and duration are selected and all the claim generation and billing data is setup. Enter meetings, staffing, off time and related information, which displays in the calendar. The outcome code designates kept appointment to bill, cancelled, or no show before posting the appointments for billing.

Also, set up dynamic group sessions

Quick and easy outpatient group setup by therapist or support staff depending on user choice. It supports time limited or ongoing groups with one therapist or 3 co-therapists. All claims generation information entered at set up, no repetitious entry. Add or remove clients from a group as of a given date, very helpful for ongoing groups. Add or remove therapist as of a date, no need to end group and start new unless desired by user. The system automatically accommodates the changing makeup of a group in generating the charges.

Enter Claim Generating Data for Clients...

Quick and easy client-specific claim generation data entry connecting clients to one or more insurance companies is done prior to claim generation. Diagnosis Codes, MA and/or Medicare Connection come from Local HSRS. If the HSRS Interface is not available, this information may be entered manually.

Update the comprehensive Insurance File...

Enter and maintain Insurance company information for clients from one screen. This system supports managed care requirements, prior authorizations and related information. Special claim generation requirements for specific insurance companies are also entered here.

And, Tell the system about your therapists.

One screen entry of clinic therapists and all other levels of system users are captured here. Staff members may be added, deleted, or edited. Access levels are established for users depending upon their need to know and update specific information, whether total or partial. If there is claim generation information relating to a particular therapist, it is also entered here.
