Visual WISSIS User Group

To address the question of how best to provide direction for development and how information can best be shared and exchanged between users and the G.I.T. staff, a Visual WISSIS User Group was formed in 1990.

The WISSIS User Group is a vehicle for customers to provide input and be part of a communication medium for the sharing of ideas for enhancing Visual WISSIS. As a by-product of Visual WISSIS user Group meetings software standards and a common ground for information processing has been established. Participation is welcomed and encouraged.  Membership is included with the Visual WISSIS Annual Support Agreement. Guests are often invited to share ideas and provide direction on specialized subjects.

Visual WISSIS User Group meets 2-4 times per year, depending upon needs, to share ideas and make suggestions for improvements.

E-Mail Group List Serve

As an extension of our User Group, G.I.T. offers a group email service which allows users to submit suggestions, raise questions about a possible common problem, or to just obtain the opinion on some particular topic from the group.  A user can submit their message to one address and all members of the group get the message which to which any or all may reply.  The replies are also visible to the group.  All members of the user group may subscribe free of charge.
