Web Services Updates The Visual WISSIS products are continually being updated with changing and new requirements dictated by either the counties or the state or both. As with any software undergoing continual change, occasional glitches creep in. G.I.T. makes available regular upgrades for fixes and enhancements at no additional charge beyond the Annual Support Agreement. These upgrades are posted in the Member area of our Web Site and are available for download at the users own convenience. Help Along with software updates there are updates to the Help System for Visual WISSIS products. This Help System is made available to members in the member area to view or download. This will allow the member to stay current with the Help System. Request Log Through User Group meetings, members request enhancements and modifications for Visual WISSIS products. These enhancements and modifications are then prioritized, logged and made available to members through the member area of the G.I.T. website. Members are able to view and print these logs in pdf format. Knowledge Base A wide variety of articles are made available to Members through the Knowledge Base located in the member area. Members are also encouraged to submit articles. Update Archive An archive of past updates are available to members in the member area. This archive is made available so members could view what enhancement and modification were in what update. User Group Need to get in contact with a member of the user group?
